About Us

Crystal has been in the eye care industry since 1998 and joined Lakeland Vision in 2015. Early in her career, she started as a receptionist and through the years, she has gained experience working alongside with the doctor and is a helping hand in optical.

Crystal is married with three wonderful kids and a Great Dane named Achilles. She enjoys traveling around the world and spending time with her family.

Jaina was born and raised in the Seattle area where she graduated from the University of Washington in 2004. While in college, she started working part-time as an ophthalmic technician and moved on after graduation. After venturing out in the real world and dabbling in a different field, she found her way back to our group to help open a new location. From that point on, she found her home in optical.

With over 20 years of experience in the optical field, Jaina enjoys learning new things about this growing industry and loves that people leave smiling about their new eyewear. She may not be one of the first faces you see when you come in, but she is always nearby to pop out and say Hi!

When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is usually trying to find something new to eat or drink, reading a new book (or revisiting an old one), playing tennis, or shopping. She loves a great pair of shoes to go with her fun eyeglasses!

Marisa was born and raised in Southern California and relocated to Washington State in 2017 with her family. She started in the Lake Union office and later transferred to Lakeland Vision in 2018. She has over 20 years of experience in the optical industry and is certified by the American Board of Opticianry. Her favorite thing about being an optician is learning something new every day and helping people see clearly while looking good.

She enjoys spending time with family, which includes two boys, on her off time and finding the hidden gems in the PNW. Last fall, they welcomed their new furbaby, Kahuna.

Lilli is one of the first faces that will greet you walking into Lakeland Vision. Since 2007, she has learned to wear many hats from assisting with your front desk needs, exam work-ups, and guiding you through your eyewear selection. She is very soft-spoken, but she is not afraid to tell you know a frame looks on you.

Lilli has been a Washingtonian all her life and on her spare time, she enjoys going on food adventures, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. She has 3 kids, a cat named Keanu, and recently adopted a labradoodle named Q.

Jennifer is usually one of the first faces you will see when you come in. She has been part of the Lakeland Vision family since 2007. She has gained so much knowledge in the optical industry and can help out wherever she may be needed. She enjoys talking to everyone that comes in to the office.

In 2010, Jennifer was diagnosed with Transverse Myelitis (TM) and fortunately was able to gain most of her mobility back. It was a learning process trying to understand TM with her, but with her family and the community, we were able to conquer it and grasp her needs with this uncommon ailment. She is proud of her accomplishments and is privileged to talk about her success, so please feel free to ask any questions.

When she is not working, you can find Jennifer helping out at her son’s school in the classrooms and PTA events. She is also a very loud and proud baseball mom. Her family recently purchased a new mini farm home in Buckley and are excited to bring in chickens and pigs, so please share any advice you may have for them.

Natasha, who goes by Tasha, is the newest member of our team. She was born in Renton and has remained in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. With prior experience as an ophthalmic technician, Tasha joined our practice late in 2018 when we were transitioning to the new office and has enjoyed every moment. She will prep the patients for their exams with the doctor and is exceptional in contact lens trainings. She is constantly learning new things and is excited to see where all her training will take her in the industry.

When Tasha is not in the office, you can find her cruising in her car on a sunny day or shopping with friends.
